GFMINHS hosted Cluster 9 Sports Meet Coordination Meeting yesterday, July 7 with the participation of school sports coordinators, coaches, technical officials, and other key stakeholders from the participating schools. The meeting aimed to ensure the successful planning, organization, and implementation of the upcoming Cluster-Based Sports Meet, which was tentatively set this July 25 and August 1.
The agenda was focused on the preparations and operational requirements for the said event, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, fairness, and sportsmanship in to make it successful. This includes the schedule of activities, venue assignments, participating schools, eligibility requirements of athletes, sports officials, safety and security measures, medical services, logistics, and documentation.
Clarifications regarding event guidelines and competition procedures were also provided to ensure consistency in implementation.
The coordination meeting was also attended by the top management including SDS Ivan Brian L. Inductivo, ASDS Rogin O. Contemprato, SGOD Chief Ines L. Inocencio, and Cluster 9 PSDS Arlene M. Hernandez, which concurred with the conduct of Cluster 9 PIRPA (Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment).
