𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒 (𝐕𝐈𝐂)

Every Thursday, 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐆𝐅𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐒) provides learners with meaningful opportunities to develop and strengthen their values through 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 (𝐕𝐈𝐂), facilitated by dedicated volunteer 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬.

Under the supervision of 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐎. 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨, Leader of the Values Instruction Coaches, and with the guidance of 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐥 𝐂. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐨, Head Teacher III of the Values Education Department, the weekly sessions engage Ferrerians in purposeful activities, thoughtful discussions, and meaningful reflections that support positive values and character formation.

The program is further supported by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐏. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐬, Principal IV, whose leadership helps nurture a school community where values formation remains an integral part of every learner’s development.

Through these sessions, Ferrerians are encouraged to become 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞, and 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 who can make meaningful contributions to their families, school, and community.

At GFMINHS, education goes beyond academic learning—it also means 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
