𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐆𝐅𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐒) conducted a 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 on July 28, 2026, following the 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 held on July 23, 2026, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen instructional practices and promote professional learning among educators.

The class observation featured the demonstration teaching of Mr. 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐌. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐚, Master Teacher I, with 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐏. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐬, Principal IV, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐒. 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚, Head Teacher VI of the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Department, and members of the TLE Department serving as classroom observers.

Following the demonstration lesson, Dr. Creus and Ms. Tumbaga conducted a Post-Observation Conference with Mr. Columna on July 28, providing an opportunity to reflect on the lesson’s implementation, recognize effective instructional practices, and discuss recommendations to further enhance teaching strategies, learner engagement, classroom management, and assessment.

The activity reflects GFMINHS’ commitment to fostering a culture of reflective practice and instructional coaching in support of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST). Through meaningful feedback and collaborative reflection, the school continues to strengthen teacher professional development and instructional excellence, contributing to improved learning experiences for Ferrerians.
