In reference to Republic Act 12009, also known as the 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙘𝙩 (𝙉𝙂𝙋𝘼), which aims to modernize, streamline, and increase the transparency of the purchasing process in school, the 𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 headed by its Chairperson, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙅𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙇𝙖𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖, together with all the members, evaluated the submitted quotations for the procurement of hard hats and air conditioning units on June 24, 2026, towards the preparation of the BAC Resolution and Notice of Award to the winning bidders.
