Governor Ferrer Memorial Integrated National High School (GFMINHS) served as the venue for the Class Observation, Portfolio Annotation, and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) of Teacher II and Teacher III applicants as part of the promotion and selection process for teaching personnel.
The activity was conducted and facilitated by Ms. Arlene M. Hernandez, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) of Cluster 9, together with the Division Evaluation Committee. Through classroom demonstrations, portfolio assessments, and behavioral interviews, applicants were provided the opportunity to showcase their instructional competence, professional accomplishments, and readiness to assume greater responsibilities in the teaching profession.
Hosted at GFMINHS under the leadership of Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, the conduct of these evaluation activities reflects the Department of Educationโs commitment to merit, competence, and professional excellence in the selection and promotion of educators.
