As key implementers of the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, the LFOs play a vital role in promoting a safe, inclusive, and learner-centered school environment. They facilitate learner support initiatives, promote values formation and positive discipline, implement the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲, receive and act on reports of bullying and other learner concerns, conduct appropriate interventions and case documentation, and work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to safeguard the welfare and well-being of every learner.
Through their commitment to learner formation and child protection, the LFOs help cultivate a school culture grounded in respect, responsibility, empathy, and accountability, ensuring that every Ferrerian has the opportunity to learn and grow in a secure and nurturing environment.
Meet the dedicated educators who will serve as the GFMINHS Learner Formation Officers and continue to champion the holistic development of every Ferrerian.
