Governor Ferrer Memorial Integrated National High School strengthens its commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every Ferrerian through the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, spearheaded by 𝗗𝗿. Through the 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, Senior High School learners took time to relax, play board games, share laughter, connect with their peers, and engage in meaningful conversations about mental health and emotional well-being.
More than just activities, these moments helped strengthen connections and remind learners of the importance of looking after themselves and one another.
As one Ferrerian family, let us take action to promote mental health awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and create a safe space where everyone feels valued and supported.
