Marking the opening of Week 2 of the 2nd Term for S.Y. 2026- 2027, GFMINHS started with a flag ceremony led by the Science Department, highlighted by a video presentation by the Red Cross Youth Council on awareness and prevention of Leptospirosis.
Award of Appreciation were given to teachers who went the extra mile in reaching out to students as part of the intervention plan, such as home visits.

Before giving his weekly reminder, Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus requested everyone to pause and offer a prayer for the victims of the school shooting in South Cotabato last Friday, which led to his message- reminding everyone that violence is not the answer to show that one is stronger than the other. He also emphasized that every day is a new day to hope.
