With several major academic, co-curricular, and student-centered activities set to take place in the coming weeks, the school leaders of ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ซ ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ (๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐) convened today to strengthen coordination and ensure the school’s readiness for the upcoming milestones of the school year.
The meeting, held at the 3rd Floor of the Administration Building, was headed by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐. ๐๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ, Principal IV, together with ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ณ๐, OICโAdministrative Officer IV, and the schoolโs Department Head Teachers.
The discussions covered key areas concerning ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ, and ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ. Among the matters taken up were the ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ญ, ๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐๐ (๐๐๐) during class suspensions, ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ (๐๐ ๐๐), ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ง๐-๐จ๐-๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ค and ๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐, as well as other upcoming school-wide activities.

The school leaders also discussed preparations for the ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ซ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐๐, and ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐๐, highlighting the school’s continuing efforts to strengthen learner formation, discipline, and student support mechanisms.
Meanwhile, preparations for ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ง, ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ง ๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ค๐, and ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก were also included in the agenda, providing learners with opportunities to showcase their talents, celebrate Filipino culture, and develop greater awareness of regional and global perspectives.
More than a discussion of schedules, the meeting provided an avenue for the schoolโs key administrators and Department Head Teachers to align priorities, coordinate responsibilities, anticipate operational needs, and ensure the effective implementation of upcoming programs and activities.
As GFMINHS enters another busy phase of the school year, its school leaders continue to foster collaboration, preparedness, and learner-centered planning to ensure that every academic and co-curricular initiative contributes to a productive and meaningful experience for the Ferrerian community.
